Half-marathon training, kind of…

Can I really call it half-marathon training if I run only twice a week? Not sure. I feel a little burnt out and although I am stressed that the half-marathon is in 2 weeks, I’m also glad it is almost over and I’ll be able to go back to a normal running routine.

So…
Time run : 30 minutes (4:1 intervals) – I am exhausted! Couldn’t run any longer. I am so sleepy that it was painful…
Distance run : 3.4 kilometres
