I ran 16 kilometres today. That’s right, you heard me!

Time run : 2 hours and 5 minutes (4:1 intervals)
Distance run : 16 kilometres baby!

That was rough. The last 2 kilometres in particular were pretty difficult. I was tired as hell. May 30th is going to be fun – sense the sarcastic tone here 😉

I am proud of myself though. And I’ll be even prouder when I complete the half-marathon in three weeks!!

Almost there… go go go!
