Half-marathon training: April 13

Time run : 50 minutes (4:1 intervals)
Distance run : 6.8 kilometres

Beautiful weather outside today! Perfect for a nice run. The rest of the week is going to be low on running though. Tonight, supper with a friend after work. Tomorrow, seeing Disney’s Oceans (won free tickets!) at Silvercity. And Friday, going to see the Moulin Rouge ballet with the book club chicas at the NAC. Will be running again on Saturday!
