Half-marathon training: April 10

Time run : 45 minutes (4:1 intervals)
Distance run : 3.7 miles

Phewwww first run since Sunday (I know, I suck) and it was TOUGH! I should really have made an effort to run more this week, because coming back to it was difficult.

Also realized the half-marathon is in a little over a month and a half! CRAZY!!
