Half-marathon training: Easter weekend edition!

Friday –


Time run : 60 minutes (4:1 intervals)
Distance run : 8.4 kilometres
Tough run in 28 degree Celsius weather! Maybe running for an hour in the heat without bringing water was not the smartest idea. Let me think about that for a minute…. duh.
Sunday –
Time run : 49 minutes (4:1 intervals)
Distance run : 7 kilometres
I ran at the cottage for the first time – so fun! Nic came with me and ran the intervals with me. It was probably the longest 7 kilometres he’d ever run 🙂
