Half-marathon training: Day 61 and 62, weekend edition

Saturday –

Time run : 48 minutes (4:2 intervals)
Distance run : 6.18 kilometres
Incline : 1%
Sunday –
Time run : 63 minutes (4:2 intervals)
Distance run : 8 kilometres
Incline : 1.5%
This week was really bad, running wise. I only ran twice during the work week out of lazyness mostly, and so I had to make up for it big time during the weekend! Today was the first time that my long run went over an hour. Woohoo!
