Time run : 58:30 minutes (4:2 intervals)
Distance run : 7.5 kilometres
Incline : 1%
Pretty good run, tiring but very satisfying 🙂
Also, my first book club meeting was today and it was very very fun. They are one great group of ladies and I could not be happier to have joined them! Looking forward to the next one already!!!
