Half-marathon training: Day 49…

… 91 days left.

Time run : 42 minutes (4:2 intervals!!!)
Distance run : 5.48 kilometres (yes, I have switched to kilometres, I live in Canada, it makes more sense…)
I amped things up a bit today by switching to 4 minutes of running and 2 minutes of walking – I’ll stick to that for a couple of weeks and then move on to 4:1, which is the final objective right now. And then maybe 5:1 or 6:1? We’ll see how it goes, especially since I have a feeling that when I’ll start running outside, it might get a bit tougher.
