Half-marathon training: Day 35…

… 105 days left.

Time run : 30 minutes (in 3:2 intervals)
Distance run : 2.34 miles
Incline : 1%
I decided today to move things up a little and move on to the next step, which is 3:2 intervals (running 3 minutes and walking 2 minutes).
On a side note, I will be an aunt in 2 days!!! Woohoo!
