Half-marathon training: Day 34…

… 106 days left.

This was Sunday, I didn’t have time to enter my stats in because we were having dinner at my inlaws’ house. Raclette. Huuuummmmm.
OK, so…
Time run: 39 minutes (in 2:1 intervals)
Distance run: 3.0 miles
Incline : 1%
I cannot wait to move up to 3:1 and 4:1 intervals! This feels kind of too easy now, and I am almost ready to get to something a bit more challenging.
Will be running again later today. Day off! Woohoo!
